tanks4thememory4th Doctor- A box containing a spherical puzzle box. Once solved, the puzzle box will unfold itself and reform into a hexagonal flowerpot containing one of Clu's crystaline-looking dandelions (complete with dirt, because Bending). The box was designed to be challenging even for a program, so it should hopefully provide the Doctor some entertainment too.
9th Doctor- A gray sphere about the size of a baseball that hovers an inch or two above any surface it's placed on. When Nine picks it up wavy lines will light up across its surface as it activates, and then it will project a rotating series of still images and short, gif style clips of scenery from the computer world. The sphere will only work for Nine.
10th Doctor- A box containing a spherical puzzle box. Once solved, the puzzle box will unfold itself and reform into a shimmery metallic mug (and magically fill with nice, hot tea because Bending). It won't auto-fill after the first time, but the mug can be used as many times as desired. The box itself was designed to be challenging even for a program so hopefully the Doctor will get some entertainment out of it too.
Rose- A pink baton multi-tool that can rez up a glowing umbrella, a staff, a camera (storage capacity 300 high-res photos or 30 minutes of video), a small energy blade (not much good as a weapon, but a great utility knife), a flashlight, a hand-held 'Bejeweled' style puzzle game with geometric shapes, and a Sharpie-type light-pen that can write in three different colors of glowing, digital 'ink' on basically any non-living surface (fair warning, the 'ink' will be difficult to remove, even with Bending so think before you doodle).
Nita- Nita will get a baton multi-tool similar to Rose's, except that the casing is light blue and the 'utility knife' is replaced by a notepad function and storage for text files.
Irene- Irene will get a mug made of sturdy, transparent material that not only lights up in multiple colors when in use, but will magically refill with coffee (or whatever beverage she most recently put into it) by using a voice command Irene sets (Clu will show her how to set it).
Also anybody who gets a gift from Clu will get one of these little fiber optic Christmas trees, with batteries that magically never run out because Bending.
