Once they'd gotten past the initial... everything after Clu2's first unexpected heat, they'd made two determinations. One, they should both be checked by a User doctor to make sure there would be no... unforeseen side effects from their coupling, which to User eyes would likely seem very odd. Fortunately, the doctor had confirmed that while it was seldom talked about, such bonds did sometimes occur between 'twins' when one was an alpha and the other an omega, and thus they were unlikely to face any legal danger. Plus, the likelihood of their mating producing offspring was slim to none, even with heat and rut taken into account, though they made sure to acquire a supply of emergency contraceptives, just in case.
And two, that they should go and purchase a supply of sex toys for future use. Both for having fun together and to give Clu 2.0 a way to safely relieve his own heats if needed. In the end, they left the shop with a nice stash. Some that Clu 1.0 had really liked, some that Clu 2.0 had really liked, and some that they were both excited about. Thy were all taken out of their packaging, cleaned, and put away neatly in a box that slid under 2.0's bed. Ready for use when they were needed.
