Clu was able to run through scenarios without pacing because for much of his life, doing so simply hadn't been an option. As a hacker, he'd had to learn to plan out scenarios while laying flat on a ledge or rooftop, pressed back into a narrow alcove or alleyway, or crouched on random nooks behind code formations or pieces of equipment. When one's function required concealment, pacing was a luxury that could rarely be afforded.

But at the moment, Clu's eyes were on his omega, his body adorned, but not really covered. He imagined that he could hear the processes ticking away in his code-brother mind as he listed the rules; they'd gone over the substance of them prior to this, though not the exact wording, and how his code brother responded would determine how they would proceed. Clu had decided how he would play this, but how his omega would play his role, remained to be seen.

The tone of the response reminded him of a Siren, which he suspected was deliberate. Deliberate or not, though it was the response he'd been looking for, and he allowed a tiny bit of satisfaction into his voice when he next spoke. Dominance had been established, and the first and most basic test had been passed. "Good," he said. "There may be other rules for specific situations, but you'll be told those later, when and if they become relevant to your duties. Now... I'm going to ask you some questions, and I expect you to answer them honestly."

Clu began to slowly circle his omega, as if to examine him from all angles. As he passed behind him, he allowed the feather of the tickler to brush across his code brothers ass cheeks, left conveniently exposed by the chastity belt. "Tell me... how many other masters have you had before now? And is there any reason that I should know that you're now here, and not with any of them?" Another brush of the feather tickler, this time down the middle of his omega's chest and stomach, stopping just short of his naval (a physical detail that Clu was very glad they had both inherited from Flynn, due to how much explanation it saved them).

The questions were part genuine seeking information, part trick. At face value, it was information that would be useful to a new Master; more previous masters meant more experience and a greater potential for possessing useful skills beyond the bedroom, but it also meant more potential for bad habits that needed to be unlearned or retraining that would need to be done to suit the new environment. While the second question was trickier; his omega's response would allow the Master to gauge not only his thoughts and feelings on his former Masters, but would allow him to determine how honest his new concubine was likely to be. How much would he think that his Master 'should' know about his previous situations and Masters? Would he try to conceal things that might reflect badly on him? And if so, how well?
